Featuring refined apartments, a luxury-lifestyle hotel and a hospitality precinct, the development will activate Station Street and De Nardi Lane in Cottesloe, creating a vibrant urban precinct for residents, visitors and the Perth community.
Detail supported Sirona Urban to launch Station Street Cottesloe to market, developing a brand identity, new website and lead generation campaign. During the community consultation process, it was essential that Cottesloe residents, business owners, investors, and partners had a place to locate all of the information available on the proposed development. The website also provided a direct link to the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage website to encourage comments and feedback from engaged stakeholders.
The result is an elevated brand presentation reflecting the proposed development’s quality.
