Set amidst the natural beauty of the Swan Valley, Henley Brook by Mirvac is a community where tree-lined streets invite leisurely drives, and the design encourages a fuller, richer, and more rewarding life.
2022 marked a significant milestone for Henley Brook, with the unveiling of the Wongin Park Art Trail in collaboration with schol children from Moorditj Community College, as well as the official opening of the estate’s first parkland, complete with a brand-new Sales Office and the Crooked Spire Café.
Detail’s brief included not only the launch event but also managing the publicity and crafting a robust paid and organic social media strategy. Family-friendly activities were a highlight, featuring Indigenous Boomerang decorating workshops, native seedling planting for children, and an interactive reptile display paying homage to the Australian bushland. These activities beautifully reflected Henley Brook’s commitment to its community and the environment.
The event enjoyed perfect weather, attracting hundreds of guests and a select group of local influencers to Wongin Park. Attendees revelled in the offerings of food trucks, live entertainment, family activities, and ample free ice cream, creating a festive atmosphere.
Wongin Park quickly became a thriving hub, not just for current and future residents but for the wider community, symbolizing the vibrant and connected lifestyle that Henley Brook by Mirvac promises.
