Victoria House by Hesperia is a mixed-use development that has become the heart of Montario Quarter’s village precinct in Shenton Park. With apartments housed in three distinct buildings and a thoughtful mix of retail, hospitality and commercial offerings, Victoria House fosters a sense of community through considered shared facilities and inviting open spaces.

Detail was engaged by Hesperia to support the development’s pre-launch and sales campaign with marketing, public relations, events and digital services. This included media relations, content creation, social media strategy, EDM design and development, Meta and Google Ads management. Detail also managed a series of open day and purchaser events to support the team’s sales strategy. With many apartment projects launching in the Perth market at a similar time to Victoria House, the challenge was to celebrate and communicate the distinctive features of the development. Detail’s strategy leveraged multiple platforms to share a range of the project’s stories, including its design, the development team’s impressive track record and the history of the site.

The project’s launch phase was hugely successful, with half of the residences sold within two months of launch, and construction commencing with 80% of residences committed.
